Wee Heiland Coo Coaster

I got the kit for this coaster while we were on our holiday in Scotland. I bought it at Loch Katrine and started this protect as soon as we got back to our holiday lodge. Firstly I had to sew the two blue borders. Next the tartan border in between them. After that I had to sew the main picture. Then I did the backstitching and the longstitching which I found harder to sew in the ends. I had to trim the  fabric slightly so that it would go in the coaster properly then I cut down a piece of paper down to the same size so that it would cover the back of my sewing (because the back wasn’t very neat!😁)
